The toilets were broken, the balcony door wouldn’t close, there was no hot water or very little flow, and the pillows were rotten.

Nothing special. The breakfast did not meet expectations. The rooms were degraded (toilet bowl, toilet brush, lock on the brush…). The rooms were in very bad condition (my colleague had the same issue). Water was cut off one night because of low pressure.

There were huge cockroaches in the rooms, every morning they crawled under my bed and walked around the bathroom, hiding behind the bathtub panel. The hotel offered me an insecticide bomb, which is unacceptable (see attached photo). I was on the top floor above a seminar room that was extremely noisy. We could hear music from the hotel beach late into the night, which was intolerable. I asked to change rooms but was refused.

Breakfast was huge, the setting was gorgeous, the huge pool was very clean, and the beach right in front was a bonus. We had a stunning sea view. The room was very spacious, well arranged with a small balcony. The staff were welcoming and attentive. When the hotel hosts a conference or other event, it would be better for guests to use the dedicated private rooms because during meal time it is very disruptive for those who want to dine quietly; the loud speakers were too strong and we didn’t need to follow their meeting.
