Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, but I ran into trouble because they wrote my name backwards and couldn’t locate my reservation. I almost had to pay again because they claimed I had no booking.

The hotel’s location made it easy to reach everything around the National Mall. Having a kitchen, living room, and bedroom was a big plus. The place was clean, the front‑desk staff were amazing, and breakfast was a large, varied spread that changed daily. The only problem was that the AC never cooled below 71 °F, so it got warm; we brought travel fans to help at night. It would also be nice to have a separate area outside the bathroom so several people could get ready at once.
