Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with plenty of vegan options. Within walking distance of the center. The room was warm without AC, no coffee or tea in the room, and Wi‑Fi often dropped. My husband uses a wheelchair/rollator, so we constantly had to ask for a step‑up rail to enter or exit the hotel. The reception had a cramped, old lift with harmonic doors that barely fit us together. Only when we left after two nights did we discover a spacious brand‑new lift in the new section with an easy exit – no one had pointed it out to us.

“Trop cher pour ce que c’est”

Our room was in a renovated section, and we didn’t hear any noise at night even though the hotel is in the city center; it was on the interior side (facing the parking), so it was quieter. The downside was the bright light at night; there were no curtains or blinds to block daylight, and nothing in the room to make coffee or tea. The hotel is in a bad, dirty area; when we arrived in front of the parking, we saw a rat pass by. The parking is under construction and poorly arranged, so it’s the first thing you see and it’s unappealing. We had to tell the receptionist we were arriving by car so she would charge the €10 parking fee; otherwise we could have paid nothing. They don’t ask for the car’s license plate… It’s a bit pricey for what it is, but we were just passing through for one night.

The staff here are noticeably friendly, and there are paid parking spaces in the hotel’s own courtyard. If you prefer sleeping with an open window, ask for a courtyard-facing room. Everything is very clean, and the breakfast is diverse and very good. Perhaps the breakfast could shift to fewer packaged items.

“Geniales Frühstück in zentraler Lage”

The breakfast was excellent, and the service was more than attentive, always refilling everything before it ran out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing everything one could wish for. The rooms were clean and functional, the bed comfortable, and I slept very well. The location feels a bit off-putting, but everything is reachable on foot.

The location is good and the breakfast is very good. The cleaning crew can be heard quite early in the morning.
