Very nice hotel and exactly as requited for my needs. The room was comfortable and clean. Special mention to the staff, all of whom were friendly and helpful. There was nothing I didn't like

The location (within walking distance to OVO), the comfort, the powerful shower, the tea/coffee making facilities, and the nice area were all great. However, having to swipe my credit card for a £100 refundable bond felt odd, and I wondered if previous guests had caused damage, which I’ve never seen elsewhere.
