I was shocked by the breakfast selection—nothing worth mentioning. The front desk tried to tack on an extra fee to the price I had already settled on. The sheets had dried blood on them, and the shower water was cold.

The service was excellent, and the room was clean.

The desk staff were friendly, yet the bedding was dirty and stained, the paint and ceiling were peeling, there were countless cockroaches, the area felt very unsafe, and the room locks were poorly made.

There were no bugs, and they must have better rooms because I was traveling with pets; they gave me one of the most run‑down rooms. The room was very old, used, and abused, and I think they always tend to give the most rundown rooms to people traveling with pets.
