We stayed in the top‑floor room, which was spacious, clean, and had large windows that opened onto a reasonably sized balcony. The bathroom was well maintained, and overall the room offered good value for the price.

We moved here after two days on the first line because we wanted more silence, space, and a functional kitchen. We booked for one night to check it out and stayed a week. It’s on the third line, but it’s a 15‑minute walk to the central intersection with the stations, or a 2‑minute bike ride. Tiny shops are just around the corner. The villa is really convenient, clean, and safe. The bike was parked overnight in a covered courtyard, and the entrance gates are automatic. Everything matches the photos: on the first floor there are two large halls and a shared kitchen. The kitchen has several sets of dishes, an electric kettle, a gas stove with two burners (plus a toaster and even a waffle iron), a fridge, and a washing machine. There’s one bedroom with a separate bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there’s a hall with a balcony and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and water heater. Towels and bedding are all provided. If you need a blanket or a hair dryer, the host kindly supplies them. The bedrooms have air‑conditioning, a wardrobe, a table, a mirror, and several sockets; there are plenty more in the hall if you want to work there. Two large clothes dryers are available. The host, Roshan, doesn’t live on the villa but is always in touch. He’s a very pleasant, friendly, and caring person. I sincerely thank him for the arrangements! We left for Ellah without any problems; he allowed us to leave our belongings. If needed, he can help you rent a bike. The villa is truly quiet, bright, convenient, and cozy; you can’t hear the mosque or the train because the bedrooms are deep inside the house. In the evening you can sit on the balcony or in the courtyard.

We had the pleasure of staying at the guesthouse during my recent trip to Sri Lanka, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the owner, Roshan, made me feel right at home. He was incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with any questions we had about the area. He went above and beyond as a host, even dropped off a Sri Lankan breakfast on my partners birthday! The guesthouse itself is beautifully maintained, with a charming ambiance that perfectly complements the surroundings. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with very effective air conditioning, which was a true blessing given the tropical heat. We slept wonderfully and appreciated the serene environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-equipped kitchen. It was fantastic to have the option to prepare my own meals when we wanted to, especially after a day of exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed and made me feel more at home. Overall, the villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. The room was quiet :) The air‑conditioner was very good quality, so I didn’t feel sick after using it.

“An ideal getaway for two”

The privacy and the property itself were great. It’s spacious, well decorated, in a convenient location, and the caretaker was genuinely helpful and friendly. The downside is that I won’t be able to book it again as often as I’d hoped because it’s continuously booked by other guests.
