We absolutely loved everything about this hotel; words can’t do justice to how wonderful our stay was. It feels like the place was created with love, care, and incredible attention to the smallest details. Every aspect feels thoughtful and beautifully considered. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel—everything was delicious and prepared with great care. We’re already planning our next visit for next year and can’t wait to come back!

“Lovely get away”

The location was lovely, the staff fantastic, and the hotel’s small size made it feel personal and cozy. Food at Novel was great. The housekeeping was hit or miss, varying each day: we had no replacement cups or glasses on two days, the bin wasn’t emptied one day, milk wasn’t replaced one day, and unfortunately some new guests’ welcome card and sweets were left in our room. The floor wasn’t swept and sand was left behind a chair.

“stunning hotel - we will be back”

amazing staff. super food and cuisine. fantastic location. gym was not that well equipped, our room was on the ally-way - so we had to be concious of our privacy all the time
