Hotel Habitel Prime

The facilities, proximity to the airport and transport service, and the fact that I couldn’t have breakfast due to my flight time meant I could still grab something before leaving; the room was large, comfortable, and very pleasant.

My wife and I frequently stay in Bogotá for business and transit, always choosing either Habitel Prime or Habitel Select—Select is 15‑20$ cheaper and simpler, while Prime offers more beautiful room design and much larger rooms; otherwise the hotel is clean, cozy, the breakfast varied and tasty, the service pleasant, the free late check‑out convenient, and the free shuttle to the airport runs every half hour; the spa massage by Alejandra was very pleasant, moderately strong, and moderately relaxing. However, we had two issues: first, the hot water pressure was very weak and the temperature was just lukewarm, which is unacceptable for a 4* hotel; second, the booking listed a free late check‑out at 15:00, but in reality it was 14:00, which feels like a small deception.

The location is great, the silence and tranquility are perfect, and the late check‑out is very convenient, but there isn’t enough soap and shampoo in the room dispensers.

Everything is very comfortable next to the airport with free transport and all staff are very friendly, so I’d repeat the stay; nothing was wrong, everything was correct.
