The location is great, close to the motorway and the massive Sainsbury’s, but the hotel shows its age.

The night staff were fantastic; the blonde lady who finished at 11 pm was very helpful with our booking request (though I didn’t catch her name), and Hayley checked us in, made us feel very welcome, and ensured we had everything we needed—lovely staff overall, nothing to complain about.

Apart from a clown doing laps around the room above mine and the Wi‑Fi keeping cutting out, it wasn’t worth the money; staying at the Premier Inn across the road would have been better with fewer clowns and less noise.

Location close to motorway. Dated property, no aircon, difficult stay during summer. Parking spaces are limited and bays congested
