The site is beautiful and the welcome is very friendly. The place is very calm, perfect for resting after a long drive. The room is welcoming. The breakfast is delicious because it is almost entirely homemade. There’s even a library available. The commune listed by Booking for this property is incorrect; Domaine des Deux Chênes is actually in the commune of St Jory de Chalais.

Breakfast was decent with homemade items, the setting was very pleasant and well‑maintained, and the bedding was good quality. The only issue was the visibility of the location, as the sign indicating the place isn’t very noticeable.
