Grande Provence

“Outstanding”

This property is gorgeous, with a superb atmosphere, immaculate cleanliness, and meticulous detail. The staff were five‑star, and Wellington delivered top‑tier customer service. Breakfast was stunning, and the private wine tasting was exceptional; we’re definitely coming back and even extended our stay because we loved it. The outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing. On the downside, the evening menu options were limited and the bsto remained closed—though we understood that was due to renovations. It would have been nice to grab a coffee from the bistro in the morning.

“Fantastisk personale, overnatning, have og restaurant på trods af ca. 700 m afstand fra vores værelse.”

Hyggelig atmosfære, lille sted med ikke mange værelser, men luksus. Super venligt personale

“Not worth the visit sadly”

The location and setting are great, the wine is good, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. However, it falls far short of five‑star quality; despite discounted pricing for the off‑season, the facilities are nowhere near that level. The pool is half‑filled and leaf‑covered, the bar bath towels are thin (no sheets), the duvet is too small for the bed, and the mattress is probably the worst I’ve ever slept on. There are no plug points at table level—you have to reach all the way to the four corners to charge anything, which gives the whole place an air of neglect and a lack of investment.

The property is beautiful and the staff are incredible. The fire crackled beautifully and the lounge area is gorgeous. Everyone was very friendly, nothing felt out of place, and the surroundings and outdoor area are lovely.
