The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The TV was oddly positioned in the room; I couldn’t pull it far enough from the wall to face the bed.

Everything was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the shower was great! It would be nice to have non‑skid stickers on the shower floor.

The staff were friendly and eager to create a great experience at every interaction; I ordered items from Amazon, and the delivery process was smooth with a call once it arrived. The fitness centre kept my routine on track, the pool was refreshing after a long shift, breakfast was delicious, and the cheerful “good morning” and “have a good one” vibes were constant. Thanks for an awesome stay! Just one note: the orange juice, though popular, should be refilled instead of marking it “Empty” for two consecutive days.

The brandy was outstanding, and the staff were helpful and made sure we were satisfied with our room. I had never tried waffles before, but they seemed slightly undercooked; I mentioned it to the staff, who said they were having issues, so I’ll give it another shot next time.
