The hotel was great and the staff were very friendly. I booked with my family and we all enjoyed the comfortable stay. The only issue was that the TV wasn’t charged, which was disappointing because I had a child with me who wanted to watch cartoons.

Everything was excellent, but the breakfast buffet left something to be desired.

The food was good, but the staff could have been better.

Cleanliness, location, and the staff were friendly and helpful, yet the corridor noise isolation was poor, the door felt almost non‑existent, the toilet exhaust fan didn't work, there was no grain coffee in their restaurant, and the food payment terminal was not functioning.

This hotel was a real gem, with friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.
