All the pools were heated, which was great, but the restaurant food was bland and repetitive, not worth the cost. We asked for our room to be cleaned on two separate days and were completely ignored. Then, at 7 am on two consecutive mornings, they started mowing the lawn, making it impossible to sleep or relax.

Being just a few steps from the water park was very convenient, but the place turned out to be a condo club rather than a hotel, so there were no standard hotel services and everything had to be requested slowly. The sofa‑bed was broken beyond use, so nobody could sleep on it; after we complained, the manager quickly responded and gave us two mattresses. There is a barbecue area but no kitchen, and I had expected a hotel. The TV offered only a few channels and wasn’t a smart set, and the Wi‑Fi signal was weak.

The location is good. They put guests in rooms adapted for people with disabilities. The restaurant charges more than the price advertised on Booking. Lunch is weak and expensive. They advertise 56 per person but actually charge 72.
