I arrived in Venice and the location was perfect for heading into the city centre. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was pre‑packed, offering coffee, milk, tea, fresh fruit, tart and various snacks, but there was no way to toast bread (I’d add a toaster and a water dispenser). The only downside was the lack of drinking water and the inability to brew tea.

The apartment is very, very well located for visiting Venice, with public transport just a few dozen meters away (L4 line) directly to Venice.

The place was clean and the overall condition of the amenities was good, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. However, the single beds (and single sofa beds) were extremely uncomfortable, and the main bed/mattress was only average in comfort. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, and the kitchen was missing essentials like a microwave and a toaster.

The room was beautiful and spotless, with a large double bed and a big shower. The kitchen was nearby, and the location was convenient—just 10 minutes to the train station and a small bus station that takes you to Venice or the airport. The host was helpful with the room entry even late at night, always friendly and reachable. On the downside, you have to be careful with the shower setting, otherwise water will spill over the curtain and you’ll need to mop it up. In the morning, the garbage crew arrives and they open the doors or shutters in the waste area quite loudly, making it feel like thunder.
