We were at the hotel in May 2025, so this year I didn't bother searching or reading reviews; I just booked. The 4‑star rating came with an empty minibar, no bathrobes, no tea supplies, and no wine glasses.

The pool was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bland, and later in the day some items disappeared.

I had a fantastic and beautiful stay! My partner and I loved Ischia, and this hotel was a big part of that. Breakfast was delicious, ran until 10 am, and there were plenty of servers ready to help. The reception staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. The facilities were great, the pool area was stunning, and I especially liked the bartender—his name was hard to pronounce, maybe “Pascello”? He was amazing, super friendly, and a pleasure to meet; the hotel is lucky to have such a memorable and awesome team member.
