Being so close to the center meant I didn’t need a car; shops, pharmacy, hospital, and breakfast were all nearby and I really liked the service and cleanliness of the hotel. I honestly have nothing to say.

The staff were kind and helpful, centrally located, and the parking in the underground garage was great. The food at the restaurant was tasty. The only downside was that during heavy traffic you could only move step by step—this is true for all major cities in Kosovo and not the hotel’s fault.

The breakfast staff were friendly, parking was available, and the hotel stayed clean; the fridge in the room worked well. The parking garage felt a bit cramped, and the bathroom had a sewer smell.
