The decor, facilities, staff, and food were all great, though the initial booking experience was a bit disappointing; once they understood my situation, the stay turned out very good.

Some staff were nice, but food service was slow, loud music played until midnight, and even simple items like tea took a long time to be delivered to the room; restaurant orders also lagged.
