Everything was clean and the room was very comfortable, but the parking spaces are too small.

Parking was fine, but the cigarette smell and corridor noise around 6:30 am were annoying. The reception was badly organized and uninformed; I was embarrassed when I was charged for a stay I’d already paid for via the booking app. The checkout receptionist demanded a screenshot of my bank statement and the booking email, and even a screenshot of the app showing payment, yet he still treated me with suspicion and made me look like a delinquent to other guests. It only “resolved” after I asked him to contact the check‑in receptionist who had told me everything was settled; even then it took a few minutes of my insistence that I had paid for him to verify somewhere and release me—humiliating.

The location was great, but the mattress made a lot of noise and the bed itself was quite loud.
