The place is new and very clean. The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and it feels very safe. Nothing to complain about.

I love the area. One staff member called saying we’d left, but it was actually a 6‑pack and when my son said they’d fetch it, they threw it in the trash but didn’t toss the alcohol—how do you explain that? 😔

The staff were friendly and helpful where they could. However, there are three narrow flights of stairs to climb with luggage for senior guests, and no assistance was offered. The bedding had tears in places; replacements were made but were no better. Rooms lacked mirrors and wall plugs, and the cutlery was low quality and easily bent. It’s not up to standard for basic accommodation, let alone “luxury.”

The place is clean, stylish, and private. The only downside is that it’s hidden and hard to find.
