The place, facilities, staff friendliness—Seba and Cristian at reception were outstanding! The views and spa were spectacular; a perfect spot to unplug. I’d return whenever possible.

I was disappointed that they try to charge extra for every little thing you do. It feels like a very European, monitored vibe that doesn’t fit Paraguay. Warning signs and bans on everything in every spot made us feel uneasy, and the security cameras everywhere only added to that. It definitely ruined the sense of freedom we were looking for. The cabin only had one terrace, the pool was shared, and all other areas were communal, so you’re constantly watched and restricted. If you want a relaxed, free‑spirited time, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff service, the facilities, and the breakfast were great. However, the entrance and the way you get into the hotel need a bit of investment for better access, and the key for the room should be modernized.
