“My Go-To Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City”
This was my third visit to the hotel and, as always, it lived up to expectations; the service remained top‑class, with staff who were friendly, professional, and eager to help; our room was spacious, comfortable, and well‑furnished, making it a perfect spot to unwind after touring Ho Chi Minh City; the location was ideal, with plenty to see and do nearby and taxis waiting just outside the hotel; the pool and hot tubs were a real treat, giving stunning views of the city skyline; we also liked the sauna and steam room, which enhanced the overall experience; a special shout‑out to the front desk and gym staff, who were especially welcoming and supportive throughout our stay; the combination of facilities, views, and service is why I always choose this hotel when I visit HCM. The only slight issue was that staff repeatedly urged us to scan QR codes and leave reviews while we were still there; although I understand the value of feedback, it would have been better to ask for reviews after check‑out rather than during the visit. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return.
