I never found any property at all. The booking reference they gave me didn’t match any fabhotel swagatam listing, so it was pure fraud. I want my money back because there was no Swagatam hotel linked to fabhotels.

Actually, the property could be found out. I tried finding out the property for about more than two and a half hours but could not able to locate it. Local inhabitants could trace it. I spent more than 700 INR to find out the 800INR-hotel room! The locals opined that the address given pdf itinerary wasn’t sufficient to locate it. Actually, the property could be found out. The staff were great, but the Wi‑Fi was awful.
