“Nothing fancy but was a comfortable stop for the night.”
The front desk agent was friendly and the room was clean. The AC worked well and the bed was super comfortable. The building was a little run down and the hallway had a weird smell
“Would not recommend”
Horrible!! 5 hours after we checked in we received a call saying we had not checked in yet. After telling him we had and what our room # was he claimed we had not paid for our room and we needed to go to front desk to pay again. Carpet in the room was dirty and had a huge iron burn on the floor. Our socks were filthy after walking with no shoes in the room for a short period of time. Comforter had a cigarette burn hole in it. No tissues in the room. When we asked for a box they said they did not have any. Curtains did not close all the way and window was unlocked/ open when we got their. Breakfast was a joke! Juice machines were broken, 2 containers of dry cereal with a jug of milk and I think their may have been 1 waffle machine. After the dirtiness of the room we passed on any food
This place should not even appear in Booking. Even though the room seemed okay, all the other common areas needed cleaning and maintenance; the whole place feels like it lacks management. Breakfast was absolutely ugly, even by American standards, and it’s by far the worst hotel I’ve been in many years.
They were rude and couldn’t find my reservation, the place wasn’t clean, and there were roaches.
