“I could stay here again but would not plan to dine in at all - best to eat elsewhere to avoid going hungry.”

We stayed close to the airport and the light rail station, and the hotel shuttle helped us get there; the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the beds were good. The buffet breakfast, which was included in our rate, was decent, and the cooked‑to‑order omelettes were excellent. However, the bar staff and evening restaurant staff were appalling, and that is being kind. Many people, us included, gave up and settled for the overpriced snack options in the lobby—a bag of chips, fruit gummies, and a soft drink, which ended up being dinner :-( Sadly, the staff basically ignored everyone. We asked a passing staff member if we could order dinner, but he just kept passing by, cleared some tables, then disappeared. The lone bar person served drinks only to those sitting at the bar and ignored the people standing behind, waiting for a drink or to order food. They had plenty of time to complain about something or someone, without any regard for paying guests.

The staff were friendly and the facility was nice, but leaving was a hassle.

The staff were accommodating, but there was grout in the shower wall and it would have been better if there were no traces of dirt.
