The price was fair for what it offered, the staff were enthusiastic and polite, and the location was good. It would have been better if there were complimentary drinks in the room.

Close to the city centre and the staff were fairly enthusiastic, but there was no fridge, the air‑conditioner had some issues, and although the hotel offered a discount.

The staff were okay, but the room lock was unreliable.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic - they were super friendly and really helpful when I had a problem with the hot water tap. They explained it to me in a way that made sense, and I was able to fix it easily. The only thing to note is that the hotel is a bit out of the way, but there's a bus stop nearby that makes it easy to get around.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and quality of this hotel - it was spotless and had everything I needed. However, the one thing that bugged me was the really loud doorbell that rang every time someone came or went.
