The location's not bad, but that's about where the positives end. The staff's attention is pretty terrible - when we had issues with our reservation, they just washed their hands of it and told us it was a problem with the booking platform. Not exactly what you'd call helpful.

This place has its perks, like a great location and amazing staff - shoutout to Joseph, Sergio, and the manager who spoke fluent English. They're really keen on making you feel welcome. The area's got plenty of restaurants to choose from, and we loved heading to Hammock Paisa. That being said, rooms facing the street can get pretty noisy, especially during festive times like Christmas in Colombia.

The food and staff were alright, but to be honest, everything else was just.fine. Nothing blew us away, but we didn't have any major complaints either. It was all just pretty average.

The staff's attention was on point, but the room itself was a bit of a letdown. The closets were old, and the cable TV was pretty subpar. Still, the service made up for it a bit.
