The accommodation was excellent: the apartment was very pleasant, clean, and in a fantastic spot. I really appreciated the host’s helpful and communicative approach, so I highly recommend it. The only downside was that I didn’t realize when booking that the flat was made up of three separate apartments, but everything was well arranged and we still had complete privacy.

The location is great, the room was spacious and clean, and you can rely on Tecla via WhatsApp if needed. A small security issue: you need a key to turn on the light, which isn’t a big problem, but the room key is attached to the same keychain with a lock. For safety, it would be better to detach the room key and leave it in the lock, especially at night, so you can exit quickly in an emergency.

The hotel kept us in the loop and the area was quiet. They helped us cancel immediately but offered no apology or explanation for the ants we found in the room. The room was infested with ants in both the bathroom and the main area. I’m not sure if this was a one‑off, as other reviews claim the rooms are super clean, but we moved elsewhere right after. The location is in a quiet part of town, though a bit rougher. You have to climb 2–3 flights of stairs with no elevators. There’s a common area and two other rooms. Air conditioning can’t be used unless you insert the hotel keys into a port, so the room was very hot when we arrived, which was unfortunate during the heat wave and it took a while to cool down.

The room was very tidy and clean with a bathroom. It’s close to the city center and the bed was comfortable. A minor annoyance worth improving: the lack of storage space in the room (we had to keep most items in a suitcase or at the bottom of the wardrobe because there were no shelves) and the same issue in the bathroom with limited space for toiletries. The bathroom was spotless, but there was hardly any room to put or hang a small cosmetics box, which was inconvenient. Adding a wall shelf in the bathroom and the room, as well as shelves in the wardrobe, would solve the problem entirely.
