I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's facilities and the staff's attentiveness - everything was perfect. The amenities were top-notch, and the team's friendly demeanor made my stay truly enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The room was in a deplorable state, with a non-functional toilet, low water pressure, and visible water damage. The private pool was cloudy and unusable, and the bed linen had rust stains. To make matters worse, we were assigned the wrong room and didn't receive the category we booked. For 80 euros per night, even at a discounted rate, this felt like a rip-off.

Núria's warm hospitality was a highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, the hotel's facilities and breakfast offerings left a bit to be desired. While the staff were friendly, the quality of the amenities and the accessibility of the hotel could be improved.
