The staff are excellent and humble, especially Shaikh Raj, Javed, Mahesh, Shamsad, and Tasleim; they’re all outstanding and feel like family.

The location is the only positive aspect. The place isn’t clean, lacks ventilation, and there are cockroaches.

The location is close to the shops we needed around it. The room walls are soft and let you hear the neighbors, and there is noise in the corridor.

The hotel’s location is great, but the rooms are terrible—no windows, no ventilation, damp walls with mold and a foul smell, peeling paint, and constant bugs like cockroaches in the room, bathroom, and bed. The bed is old and dirty, the bathroom leaks sewage water, the towels are old, dirty, and smell bad. Most rooms are tiny, lack drawers and mirrors, and the partition walls let you hear everything, so privacy is nonexistent and the place is noisy all the time. I’d advise checking the room before booking.
