I appreciated the quiet room and comfortable bed, and the guests lounge was a nice spot for drinks, but overall I didn’t feel drawn to the property. The layout was confusing, the location isn’t ideal for tourists, and while at the pool a constant food smell—likely from kitchen extractors I could hear—made it hard to linger there, though the hotel was otherwise decent.

The hotel offers solid facilities, and the staff are friendly and attentive, but the pedestrian entrances are hard to locate. After arriving by MRT from the airport, it took a while to find the concierge on level 2 and then the reception on level 25; clearer pre‑arrival directions would have helped.

The hotel is fantastic, especially the rooftop bar, and the metro station directly beneath it makes getting around Singapore a breeze.
