Everything was great! We are second‑year students, and this place is very close to the university—just a bus ride away, which is convenient for us. Walking about three to four minutes gets you to the C‑line subway, which takes about thirty minutes to reach the Colosseum. The door is electronic and secure, and the neighbors are all very nice. The accommodation is fully equipped, and most importantly everything is very clean and tidy. The host lady is pretty and friendly, chatting with us and asking how we’re doing and how school is going. The free breakfast is a few minutes away, and a supermarket and McDonald’s are about five to six minutes away. Everything is very convenient, and waking up to the sunrise from the balcony is especially beautiful.

The staff were very welcoming, the building was clean, and the room was extremely comfortable. The location isn’t great, there were only a few towels for two people, and it was quite noisy.

“A recommander pour un séjour agréable”

The spot is close to the metro for getting to Rome’s center, and there are shops in the area. The room was comfy, the bathroom brand‑new, and there’s a small terrace to cool off in summer. Free parking is available in the city. The shared kitchen with other guests is always very clean, though the fridge is shared.

Very clean and spacious, and the location is a short walk to Torre Gaia train station.
