This was my second visit. The bed was comfortable and the room size was adequate, and the location is nice. However, the first room I checked into had a strong bed smell that I discovered around 21:30 pm during a late check‑in; I couldn’t stay there because the odor was worse than a smoking smell. I complained to the front desk, and a staff member upgraded me to a room on the 17th floor, which had no smell. Breakfast could use more items; I wasn’t very happy with it. Most staff couldn’t speak English—only one girl could manage basic English—so they kept speaking Chinese to me, which was frustrating for a foreigner.
