The hotel feels fairly new and comfortable, but the breakfast room is tiny and crowded, forcing us to eat on top of each other.

The view, location, food, comfortable room, and friendly staff all made for a pleasant stay.

The hotel felt comfortable and the reception was quick and precise; I even got a voucher for two tasty cocktails at the rooftop bar, which was a nice touch, and the room was luxurious. On the downside, drinks in the ground‑floor bar were rather pricey and breakfast in Porto was expensive; we asked for a room with two beds but got a family‑type room with just a single door, which was noisy and let in sounds from the neighboring room, which was a bit disappointing.
