“Una decepción total”
The location and common areas were good. This was my second visit; six years ago I stayed and it was a disaster. The room was for three and the bathroom had no proper separation, no privacy, and a transparent door. The breakfast lady was very rude, ill‑mannered, and claimed there were no soup spoons in the entire hotel for cereal and eggs. Breakfast was said to be until 10:00, but we arrived at 9:35 and there was nothing to eat, no clean dishes, and the lady was upset. The coffee machine didn’t work. The last time I stayed they gave a packed lunch when we went on a geyser tour, but this time there was only tea and crackers to serve yourself and nothing to take. All quality hotels in San Pedro give a packed lunch, especially since the rate isn’t cheap. There was a welcome drink courtesy, but when I checked out they wanted to charge me for it. No lunch or dinner service… it’s a shame the quality and services have dropped so much. There are better options at this price.
