The room was spotless, the indoor pool and hot tub added extra value, and breakfast was very good.

“Good value”

Breakfast hit the mark and the hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a long day, plus the rooms and beds were solid; the only hiccup was the missing shower curtain that let water splash everywhere and forced us to towel up.

Love the location and the hotel. It's conveniently located. The ottoman did have a stain but everything else in our room was fine. Came with a refrigerator and microwave, iron and ironing board. The staff on all three days had the same type of sentiment - they never said hi has we walked in and out of the hotel (or even looked up). Not very welcoming. Guests were trying to check in two hours early and visably struggling with little kids and were told no early check-in. Very heartbreaking to see them struggle. Meanwhile behind the check-in counter there were rows of key cards already ready for the 3:00 hour. I heard the lady up at the check-in counter tell them she was the assistant manager and the manager is going to tell them the same. Very unprofessional. Also we stayed two nights and did not have an option to waive room service because there are no “do not disturb” hangers available. We knew they entered while we were out because they changed our towels. I am a firm believer that the guest should have an option. I recommend some hospitality training for the entire check-in staff

The location was perfect, the manager and her team were always friendly and helpful, and breakfast consistently offered plenty of good options.

“Very old and run down place”

The only thing worth mentioning was the location. The bathtub was filthy, with a ring of dirt around it, and the front desk lady had to clean the bathroom for us. The bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs, the pillows smelled bad, and the ceiling had huge water stains. The bar man was clearly intoxicated; during the car show evening he was perched on the roof of a car, chatting loudly with a friend. We were inside for a while when he walked in asking if we took his keys from the bar or if we moved them—he works there?—which was unprofessional. We won’t return.
