“Superbe”

We had a great stay at Peacock Riverside. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, very quiet and perfect for recharging after the safari. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast and dinner prepared by the family were absolutely delicious, with real Sri Lankan flavours. Huge thanks to Sujee and his family for their exceptional hospitality. They are incredibly kind and do everything to make us feel at home. The safari organised by Sujee was also fantastic and will remain one of the best memories of our trip. We recommend this place without hesitation. If we ever return to Udawalawe, we’ll definitely come back.

“Agréable moment.”

Great experience with Sujee. We cooked with his wife and went on a safari. The room is very large with a balcony and a beautiful view of the jungle, and the breakfast was very generous. A wonderful family to get to know. We’re at most 10 minutes from the safari. Thanks for everything.

The family that runs the place is the sweetest. They’re very friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant. The surroundings are quiet and calm, so I’d definitely recommend it.

The family was incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for us at a good price and took us on safari through them. The food was also super tasty!

“Idéal pour le safari”

The host stayed in touch to arrange safaris, which went very well and was a great experience. The accommodation is quiet, in nature, clean, and comfortable. However, there was a lack of transparency about the dinner price from the host when we arrived late, and finding the entrance was a bit tricky even with maps.
