The hotel was awful and the staff were the worst I’ve ever seen. It was a disgusting place, rude and impolite, definitely not suitable for female travelers; it felt like a roadside bar with an alcohol smell and drunk patrons. I asked to cancel and get a refund, the staff agreed, but after I cancelled they denied it and accused me of lying.

Nothing. Utter poor service. We could not check-in at all. We reached the location at 8:30 pm in night, and were told that there is no person at reception. The property owner (who runs the restaurant) said that he had contracted the lodging to OYO and the employees were absent for past 2-3 days. There have some more guest who returned. Further, OYO had reached out and asked for Rs 846 for confirm the reservation. it took me lot of calls to get the amount back. very very bad experience

No water or breakfast were provided, and the place wasn’t maintained properly.

There was no service and the bill was not handled properly after we re‑entered. It was a very bad experience: the staff didn’t manage the payment or the bill, there was no water, no AC was working, and we fully paid but never received a bill.

There was nothing to praise. They had no electricity and the staff were extremely rude.
