The room was awful—tiny, barely more than a 2‑meter‑by‑2‑meter space, and the staff were rude. I was exhausted after flying in and only managed to sleep two hours before I left. There was no air conditioning, no proper prayer area, and everything was far from what was advertised on Booking.

The hotel manager, Mr Bilal, was very respectful, helpful, and courteous. The hotel is close to all services and right in the city centre. All the traveller’s needs are covered.

I was disappointed with everything: the style, the lack of respect for my reservation, and the room they gave me was not suitable for even pets. They tried to compensate me with money, but I never stayed there and had to find another hotel. I hope the management looks into my case and refunds my booking because the hotel broke all expectations, and when I asked to take a photo of the room to send to the management, they refused. The only thing I liked was the older woman who was the best staff member; she tried to mediate between the employee and me, explaining that the room I was given was not for guests from abroad, but she didn’t respond.

Nothing pleased me except the reception where a young man was very kind and respectful. Unfortunately, the room I rented was terrible—just two meters by two meters under the stairs, and I would never recommend it.
