The room was a good size and the bus links to and from the city centre were convenient. The floorboards were very old and creaky, and there was no bathroom or toilet on my floor.

Nothing. The worst experience ever. There's nothing I like. No soap, no towels, no air freshener. Room heater is not working. Also window is not close properly and the bed in room-4 was broken

“Rundown and smelly. Not recommending this place”

Location was good; the facility is not too far from the city centre. We really wanted to like this place, but it was extremely disappointing. The property is very clearly rundown — everything looks tired, worn out, and in need of serious repairs and updating. It feels neglected, and the photos honestly don’t show the true condition at all. Most upsettingly, the rooms (3 and 5) had a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered the whole time — damp, musty, and really not something you want in a place you’re sleeping. It wasn’t just a little odour; it was noticeable the moment we walked in and never went away. We kept windows open as much as possible but it made very little difference. It felt unclean and unloved, the place was nowhere near acceptable. We felt uncomfortable staying here and the operator is not responsive at all
