I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation; everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s located outside the city, away from the bustle, so it’s quiet, and the metro is just a 5‑minute walk to Rome’s sights. The place is clean and modern, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast isn’t included, but Poppies is a 2‑minute walk away for a hearty breakfast with eggs, pastries, and very friendly staff. Thanks again to Valentina, our host, for the warm welcome, availability, and great tips.

“A very clean and modern hotel room with an incredible friendly hostess.”

The bed was excellent, modern and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. However, there were too few closets, no table in the bathroom, and the sheets had a small blood stain.

“Buen lugar pero servicio nefasto”

I liked the location, the 87 bus line saved us, the room was spacious, and the supermarket was nearby. We asked to change our check‑in time and they accommodated us, which was great. The address was easy to find. I would recommend the place for its location, but the services were awful. The building feels a bit old and the elevator is small and intimidating. The fridge didn’t cool properly. We talked to the host on the first day to have cleaning only twice a day instead of daily because it was unnecessary for us. After replying within 10 minutes we got no response, but we assumed it was understood. Neither of the two cleaning visits came, the hand soap and shower soap were empty, and they didn’t pay much attention until the last day when we rushed to leave. The checkout was at 10:00, but we called at 9:00 and according to the listing the checkout window was 10:00‑11:00.
