Quirky and unique, truly exceptional; Helen knows so much about the hotel and its history that you could chat with her for hours, and the place is full of curiosities—would love to stay for a cocktail or two, and the tea room cakes look amazing xx. The Crows nest can be a little cold in the morning, but otherwise it's perfect.
