Price was fine. But the room was dirty, and I felt cheated about breakfast. The booking said breakfast was included, which was the main reason I chose it over similar priced places, yet upon arrival I was told breakfast was only for travelers and extremely limited: just a cup of coffee up to 70 ml, individually wrapped sweet biscuits, toast, butter and a single type of fruit when available. That advertising doesn't match the service.

The reception staff were friendly and the common area was decent. However, the room had rust marks on the furniture, the bed was broken, and the bathroom ceiling was dirty.

The mattress was bad, the air conditioning was poor, and there was mold.

The hotel looked different from the photos and the daily rate advertised breakfast, but there was none. The staff were kind and polite. The accommodation was worn, the mattress was warped and uncomfortable.
