There was nothing particularly positive. The room and the hotel itself were dirty, the breakfast was truly unappetizing, and I would have preferred to stay elsewhere; the staff were not friendly either.

Clean, a fairly spacious room, good breakfast, and a well‑situated location.

The place is handy for walking to both Tsuruhashi and Namba. The breakfast was subpar, and the smell when entering the facilities was unpleasant.
