The seaside location is nice and convenient for shopping, but the breakfast—from coffee to the rest of the menu—was very poor. The bathroom floods completely when you shower, and the window only opens to a light shaft, though we knew that before booking.

“Flooding shower fun”

The place is only decent because of its location; otherwise, I booked an accessible room and after a short shower the bathroom flooded, spilling water into the bedroom. Reception sent a staff member who tried her best, but using a wet mop to clear the standing water did little, and offering extra towels to dry the floor was hardly enough. I was told this happens in an accessible room, which feels like an excuse for a safety hazard, especially for someone with reduced mobility. The sink sits directly above the toilet, making it nearly impossible to use the toilet and stand up, raising doubts about the room’s real accessibility. When I asked to move rooms, the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked and could do nothing. I would not recommend this place; for the price I expected a working bathroom, better service, and more welcoming hospitality.

Close to the harbor and city center, but no parking—only at the harbor with a parking ticket.
