The staff and the excellent location were positives. Last year I was very satisfied, but this year I wasn’t. The room and balcony door jammed, the lights didn’t work except for the night lamp, and even though it was 20 °C with the heating off, the bathroom heater was boiling hot. I complained immediately, but despite promises of quick repair nothing happened, not even an apology.

The breakfast was fine. The room lacked toiletries and a mirror, the beds were quite narrow, there were very few TV channels, and the balcony chairs had no cushions. Everything felt like DDR charm, the value for money didn’t match, and the hotel should invest more; the sea view alone shouldn’t dictate the price.

The location is great, right on the sea. Unfortunately, the furniture was already very worn.

The short walk to the water and the view of the Baltic Sea were very nice!!!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir sind nicht so die Frühaufsteher und trotzdem war das Angebot immer ausreichend. Das Zimmer mit Balkon (2. Etage) und Blick zur Ostsee war herrlich. Wir hatten einen super Blick auch zum Leuchtturm. Auch der Zimmerservice war top. Den Möbeln sieht man teilweise an, dass sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Der Heizkörper im Bad könnte einen Anstrich vertragen. Auch die Badtür und der Sockel der Dusche sind etwas rampuniert. Wir haben einen Wasserkocher vermisst. Man hätte sich abends nochmal einen Tee kochen können
