The door code was wrong, and the extra bedding we had booked and paid for wasn’t set up. It was frustrating not being able to open the apartment door when we arrived late and just wanted to hit the sack. We managed to reach someone through the front‑desk phone, though the number listed was wrong, and finally got the correct code. Turns out the extra bedding wasn’t ready and there was no linen for it. We had to call the desk again, now with the right number, and ended up getting the code for a completely different room, where we could pick up the extra bedding.
