This hotel is no longer operating. I have contacted both the hotel and regarding a refund for my payment, but I have not received my refund yet. The hotel isn’t operating yet it still shows up on the booking site. I was double‑charged and can’t get a refund.

The hotel is closed and hasn’t been removed from the booking apps. When I arrived, the building was empty.
