The spa pool was good, the staff were nice, the beauty procedures were great; the room lacked ventilation and the whole night I had to keep the balcony window open for air, which was awful; the morning meal service could have been more polite with the guests; I’ve stayed at Asa spa hotel for six years and this time was disappointing.

The location is great and the price‑to‑quality ratio is acceptable. The breakfast is fairly complete, though the variety is limited. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The pillows, however, are quite uncomfortable. We also encountered a rather unpleasant incident with a particularly rude person at breakfast. The spa can get crowded at certain times, but it’s usually peaceful.
