From the outside the property matched the description: it was tidy, spotless, freshly painted, and the driveway had new asphalt; the owner mentioned that the rooms are next in line for updates, noting a new roof has been installed and the whole place is being gradually renovated, while the AC and TV in the room functioned properly. However, the rooms themselves were quite poor, with missing tiles, no towel bar, bed lights that didn't work, and walls and trim that looked rather bad.
